"They haven't answered any of the questions asked many times over concerning licensing, health & safety, insurance etc." Probably because they think that anyone with a genuine interest in the Festival would be asking stuff like "Who's on the guest list?" Or is there is some quaint traditional custom I've missed where folkies ring up every festival with "Please tell me the name of your Insurance Company? - Legal and General - That's fine, I'll take 2 adult season tickets please?"
