So glad the surgery went well. And I can echo everything Susan said from within my own family. It's a step forward, however frustrating, in the uninvited process. One thing I'd hope for (nay, nag for if necessary) is a good physical therapist AT the nursing home. Six weeks is too long for one's functioning parts to be idle :-) - George
