They say you can lose weight better if you have someone with the same goals and desires to buddy with. Well, I am dead serious about dropping my remaining pounds in 2005, and wonder if others here on Mudcat might want to set up a "buddy system" for us to reach our goals in this coming year? By clicking on the Subject, you will also go to the thread as if you selected it from the original Forum page, but also go directly to that particular message.

By clicking on the Date (Posted), you will dig out every message posted that day.
