While waiting for the band to start last night at the club, I perused the endearingly-titled local freesheet Blah Blah. Imagiine my horror when I saw a review of a CD called This is the shit by a 13-piece Funk Band called...(wait for it!)...Roger. They have a website at http://www.kingdomofroger.com My lawyers, Messrs Sue, Grabbitt & Runne, have advised me to state that I have never been, am not now, and am unlikely ever to be, a 13-piece funk band. I cannot answer for any other Mudcat Rogers. I thank you. RtS (never knowingly funky)
