I wouldn't feel sorry for either of them. Mel Gibsons movie made about $800 million world wide, set all kind of box office records for a foreign language film, and proved all the critics wrong. I would say that is enough. The Moore movie got a standing ovation in Cuba and was well received by terrorists throughout the Middle East. What more could Moore want? Wasn't that enough? Beside, it grossed enough to keep him in cheeseburgers for the rest of his life- well, come to think of it- the way he eats maybe only a few more years. Too bad about the millions Moore spent lobbying his film in that swank hotel, and the 53 meet and greets he hosted, and having to clean up his appearance to be oscar worthy. didn't look like it paid off.
