Folk song link....Town fans will no doubt be asking H'Pool "Who hung the monkey?" - refering to an incindent in the 1700s where a monkey washed up from a shipwreck off hartlepool coast was subsequently questioned and hanged for a french spy! and I believe there's a song on the subject... J
