I have wondered what ever happened to one of my favorite singers on the planet, Mick Broderick, a founding member of Scotland's Whislebinkies. I know after he left the band he appeared on a compilation LP some years ago with a barely decipherable song about shipbuilding called "Make Way for the Actual Q4" or somthing like that (I would LOVE to find the lyrics to that!). If you have never heard the Whistlebinkies they are alive and well (sans Mick) and can be described as Scotlands version of the Chieftains and Mick has a voice as sweet as Ronny Drew of the Dubliners! Regard
