While it is true that "wandering eyes" seems to be a year-round problem to one degree or another, it is made more evident (and problematic) in Spring here in the northern latitudes.

Warmer weather and the resulting tendency of folks to don less camoflaging outerwear improve the ogle factor by an enormous amount. The ladies' renewed sense of freedom brought on by the coming of Spring allows us to recall that all of these delightful shapes really are still there, they have only been hidden under parkas and overcoats and cable-knit sweaters for the last three or four months.
