Now, did Jared actually SKIP breakfast, or did they just not list it because he didn't eat Subway for breakfast? Some people don't like to eat breakfast, and that's all right for them. I used to not be able to eat early in the morning - it made me queasy and sluggish. I have some high-fiber cereal and fruit these days, but since that's at 6:30 am, I need a mid-morning snack around 10. (I get hungry about every 4 hours.) The great thing about Subway is, you have CHOICES. You can fix the sandwich however you like it, and leave off high-calorie stuff. I think it's one of the best fast-food places for people watching their weight.
