Does anyone know what The title, Author, Copyright date or ISBN. to the Elementary Music Book this was in? I first learned it in the late 70`s in a Detroit suburb.(Garden City) I think it was the 2nd or 4th grade. I seem to remember it to be a GREEN hardcover book with a picture of a cat on the cover. It seems it was the same picture that was on the page of the song. I have read about all the other threads and found several others that talk of what book it is in, but very few, and none that descibe it as I just have. Thanks
