Fidel may be Communist, but I think he's long been a very reactionary Communist. He's the Ronald Reagan of the Communist world. True socialism disappeared from Cuba long ago. Castro is no liberal. As pope, he'd probably be far to the right of John Paul II. -Joe Offer-
