Class is an innate quality. You can tell anyone's natural class within a minute or so of meeting them, I think. It's really quite obvious, and it doesn't have a whole lot to do with money, although the leisure time provided by having a great deal of money can certainly help a person to spend time developing social skills and bringing forth an enhanced awareness of cultural richness and subtlety. *PR
