well, the first thing that occurred to me is that he is lacking the ability to read people and situations. I am very familiar with this problem as it runs in my family (siblings) and both my kids have autism ( the extreme.) Simply tell him this is not the right place for him but you've got to have some solid suggestions for an alternative for him so he can try another group or find a teacher.... There's my 2 cents..
