i beleive the legend is : Nelson Mandela
the song mentions people like, padraig pierce, bobby sands,etc,a few lines i can remember are:
I am padraig pierce now i was shot down by the foe, as i read the proclaimation from the steps of the GPO,
And the last voice that i heard is my name is bobby sands, i want to hear Mandela's words ringing through the land, i want to hear them up in belfast, fermanagh and tyrone, maybe now those english soldiers will know its time to go home.
obviously its a very patriotic, newly composed ballad and unfortunately i only know lines here and there and that one verse written above, any help would be appreciated thanks
