There's a JJ Cale song by the same name. Since EVERYBODY covers JJ, there's a good chance it's the same song. I haven't heard JJ's version in ages, but Jackson Delta, an acoustic blues trio from Peterborough, Ontario used to do an excellent minor-key version. I've inserted the chords, in square brackets, in the first verse. The chords and melody stay the same throughout; unless specified, assume a minor chord.
