Missed another one, begads!

Couldn't have gone anyway, it seems; a Friend from Westbrook with whom I do a little radio gig on Sat. Mornings found on Friday Morning that his 18-year old Daughter had quite unexpectedly passed away in her sleep sometime on Thursday night.

She was to graduate from HS in 2 weeks and had been accepted at UNH.

Needless to say, we couldn't do our show, and the chap who normally does the monday thru friday news program covered for us.
But Kevin had arranged for us to do a presentation and debate to a HS Class at Bucksfield High after the show, and he asked me to cover for him - which I of course did.

Then we went over to visit our Daughter and Son-in-Law over in Winthrop. Something like what happened to Kevin and Sandy sure reminds us to appreciate things and people that we might all too often take for granted.

   Hopefully, we'll get something going a little closer to the Portland / Brunswick area - that get together at Sinsull's a while back was great. And for me anyway, long overdue!
