We understand that your comments may have been inadvertent, in the sense that you may have been unaware of the existence of this firm. Your use of "Style and Grace" may have been purely coincidental. But, inasmuch as the MOther Of All BS Threads is a work of fiction, it is the author's responsibility to state something to the effect of "This is a work of fiction and all characters are products of the author's imagination. Any resemblance to any actual persons is purely coincidental."

Since no such disclaimer was made by you and since the name "Style and Grace" was used without our express permission, please be advised that we are filing civil suit against you in the amount of thirty million pounds.
