I once saw a cockroach circus at chester FF. The performance started about an hour late and the small venue was bursting at the seams with nosey people like me. The performance was shambolic. They stuck blutac on the back of the cockroaches fastened string and a stick to the aforementioned blutac. And then enacted a tableau depicting the battle of britain. it was rubbish. Somebody asked where the cockroaches were from. They answered to the effect that they had got them from the animal experimentation laboratory where they worked......... One angry audience!!!! Anyone else remember this?? It was about 1981.
