The Banbury Hobby Horse Festival extends an open invitation to all hobby horses and related animals, plus companions, to have a great time at this year's gathering. Fools, musicians, green men or a groom or two are very welcome to accompany their animal, especially ones with restricted vision.

All hobby horses and suchlike "beasts of disguise" are invited. So if you have from Bear to Dragon, from Giant to Bee please get in touch. Our interpretation is pretty wide so if you want to come then PM me or email via one of the websites.

I addition Dereck and Mary Droscher will be running a mixed song and music session in the Globe room of the Reindeer on Saturday lunch time. This was very successful last year. If previous years are anything to go by then there will be informal sessions on the Friday and Saturday nights again in the Reindeer.

So if you have an animal, want to make music or just to watch then come along.
