Lay back nekkid and start to be invigorated by the swamp bugs. Take in the leeches and feel their multitudide thirst upon your skin.

Lie still.
Soon you will be one with the night frogs.
You will accept them as a part of your calm and you will revel in the touch of their soft skinny toes and the warmth of their reddish slurp of reddish tounge.
Feel the feeling of frogs feeding and frolicing upon a frenzied body of calm.
