Hello out there, please can anyone help?
The family were reminising about family parties of years ago and a song "King Pharoah" that was always sung by my Grandfather and an Uncle. We can remember some of the lyrics but whether they were the right ones who knows they had always had a few drinks by then.

King Pharoah was our lodger,
He lived in our back yard,
Way down east upon the Nile.
He used to do our washing,
Got the sack for eating soap,
Way down East upon the Nile

We would love to know all the right lyrics and maybe even trace a recording.
