To Shambles I am not Geoff Boycott...if you remember Boycott didn't bat he simply occupied the crease. He and Bill Lawry almost killed cricket . Incidentally, I think Boycott is the only Test player to actually bat on every day of a 5 day test ( or at least occupy the crease) I was hoping for a close contest this Summer as I played the game for 47 years and love it ...cricket turns boys into gentlemen ( with a few notable exceptions!)
