I'm really sad about that as she was still young. I remember buying her Topic LP when I was still at school in the 60's and that's still one of my favourite albums. Apart from the music, I really liked the photo of Hedy with banjo and long hair on the cover! To me she was one of the few genuine folk singers and there aren't many of those left. A great singer and banjo picker. I was thrilled (even at my age) to receive an e-mail from her a few years back. I regret I never did get to see her live. Condolances to all her family. JKB
