300,000Hz (ie 300kHz) or 300Hz? 300Hz is audible. 300kHz ain't, even pussy cats and doggies can't hear that high. You're well up into RF (=1000m in the Long Wave band). Generating 300kHz is easy-peasy, even at power. The problems arise when you want to convert these oscillations into audio. Finding an effective audio transducer for that frequency isn't going to be easy and it certainly won't be efficient. I can't comment on the chemistry, I know nowt about it. John
