How old do you think Sir Eric ( soon to be? ) is Pauline? There is no Eric Snr. as his father was a traveller who left his Mother with child and never even layed eyes upon Eric (he was raised by his Grandma). His first recordings (on Vinyl) were back in 1963/64 with "The Yardbirds" and he has been pretty prolific since then with numerous projects. The best of these;

John Mayalls Bluesbreakers (1966)
Cream ( 1966 -1969)
Blind Faith (1970)
Derek & The Dominoes (1971/72)
not forgetting his solo efforts -Slowhand, 461 Ocean Boulevard,EC Was Here, etc, etc, etc.

All originally released on LPs believe it or not.
