So i got a pineapple, chopped it into half inch cubes, and I have put them in a big jar and covered them in rum! I'm going to leave it soaking in there till Christmas. Then I can drink the pinapple flavoured rum. I want to get my rum soaked pineapple cubes and coat them in dark chocolate. Is it best to : 1) Dip them in hot chocolate. ( This might "dilute" the chocolate with rum.) 2) Or should I pour hot chocolate over them. I'm sure there is some confectionary expertise out there. I tried googling an answer but to no avail. Thanks in anticipation of your help
