There is a 'Tow-Rope Girls' which is a setting of a Cicely Fox-Smith poem to music by Alan Fitzsimmons, copyright 1995.
It begins: Oh a ship in the tropics a-foaming along, with eve'ry stitch drawing, the Trade blowing strong....

(But you probably don't mean that one.)
