George Bush had some free time and was sitting in a cafeteria next to a woman who was engrossed in her newspaper. The bold headline read "12 Brazilian Soldiers Killed." He shook his head at the sad, sad news. Then turning to the woman he asked, "How many is a Brazilian?"
