I don't know how this thread became reactivated...but I'm love'n it. My name (also my e-name) is a corruption of Mama Tambo from the John Wayne movie "Hatari". Elsa Martinelli played the part of a woman who becomes adoptive mother to two baby elephants...who then follow her EVERYWHERE. The natives named her Elephant Mother/MamaTambo. I haven't adopted any elephants...but that's about the only animal I haven't taken into my home. MamaTamba is a better nickname than "Crazy old animal lady" and it's easier to type.
