I think Steve makes some interesting comparisons with other festivals on his seered site.
Sidmouth was very expensive to attend this year.
It certainly cost me more than any other festival this summer.
I stayed loyal to Sidmouth in 2005 because I thought the new organisers needed and deserved support but when money is tight and other festivals offer better value I fear Sidmouth may see a further decline in attendances in 2006 unless ticket prices are reduced to a much more reasonable level.
