I cook the spuds in a pressure cooker (with a clove of garlic), empty into a pan add the spring onions (and for me black pepper and mature Cheddar cheese) and mash.
Have it with spring greens cooked with olive oil and a little water till dry.
Now add grilled smoked mackerel and your away with the Gods.
