This is so interesting, all 3 of you! Thanks for the most enlightening 'shop talk'. Man, there's a few questions / observations I'd better tattoo on my cheeks before my next appt, so I'm sure they don't get overlooked or "forgotten" - again!! - as I deal with other priorities. And yes, Janine, like many other Canadians I've come to prefer "healthier" raw fruits and veggies and whole grain cereals/breads over the last couple decades. It's hard to pass them up for softer foods these days, even when common sense is yelling "DON'T"! Again, thanks for confirming my guesses, and all the pointers too.
