Dear Growler. The foot is much better thanks. Fast action by Nurse Bridge with a bowl of ice water and a strong ibuprofen saved the day. Used a copious dose of arnica gel once returned to Tuckey Towers. Being a glutton for punishment I tripped on the hoover cable today and skidded the length of my through lounge on my knees! For my next trick !!!!! Thanks to all for a good session and excellent hospitality. sorry we had no wine, but thought Slatts and Dilligaff might bring our raffle prize.
