First and last are easy, best and worst are much more subjective, and I might give different answers on different days.

First: SeaTrain/Billy Preston, Boston Common, 1972
Last: Bob Dylan, Boston Garden (Fleet Center), 2003
Best: either Bob Dylan/The Band, Boston Garden, 1974, or Bruce Springsteen, Boston Music Hall, 1977
Worst: tough to say, maybe King Crimson/Procul Harum, Boston Music Hall, 1973
