Hiya,

You would think I would be the person who knows all the answers because I have six dogs and have lived in a " multi dog household" for 11 years.

However, apart from loving my little angels to bits, I don't seem to have learned very much along the way.

My biggest problem is that my dogs still do the toilet where they shouldn't. Now, when I had one I had her perfectly trained, and she still knows what is right and what is wrong. Then along came the others and whenever I find a pee somewhere I don't know who has done it and according to those in the know you shouldn't give a dog into trouble unless you catch them doing it. Otherwise they think you are giving them into trouble for what they are doing at that moment, which might be sitting quite innocently in their basket, say.

They do know there is something wrong with peeing here and there, because they don't do it all the time, or all over the place. Also, they generally don't do "poops" where they shouldn't.

Also, when one starts barking they all start, but I can live with that. I am not sure my neighbours and new boyfriend can, but hey, who needs neighbours and boyfriends when they have got gorgeous sweet doggies?

Help ? Anyone ?
