Hey that Jenny Lester tune was great, thanks for the link to her site. Since I am new to this chat thing, I don't know what NDN means, but would love some titles etc. On my site you can download a few complete songs for free if youd like. I am wanting to write with a more "social change" type voice without sounding too preachy, and cynicle (forgive me I can't spell). I haven't achieved that quite yet. I think John Denver did a great job with this. It seems like the indigo girls did some naturish tunes too. In reference to the comment about native american music, I have tried in the past to weave in native flute music and it has been very effective...Carlos Naikki ALMOST played on the disc, but he referred me to a great player in Montana named Ken Light. We are coming out with a third disc that will feature the pianist George Winston, he really was able to add a majestic sound to the song, a feel like you are in the mountains type of thing. I am thinking about weaving an alpine horn into a song someday as well, because I think it could be interesting as historically it's sound was directed toward canyons to create an echo, and a layered effect. hope I am not boring you to death- montana tunesmith
