I am a hard-working woman... but I have just realized that I am seriously behind in the pampering department.   In fact, I am run-down, under the weather, burning the candle at both ends, and add-your-own-cliche - doubtless as a result of putting my boss/my/job/my baby/my husband/my online friends first and never taking time for myself.
