I can certainly recomend vegetarian Haggis but make sure you get good stuff. ( Mcsweeny's if possible). When I stopped eating meat I though that that would be the one thing that I really missed but no. I cooked Cullen Skink last year and it went down a treat. This year I plan to cook only the main course as the house is upheaval and I'm not sure quite what state the kitchen will be in. So its Haggis ( meat and veggi), neeps , tatties. Followed by drop scones. Have been collecting decent whiskys whenever Morrisons has had a good offer. Now one year I will learn oll of Tam o' Shanter. I used to know about a third of it.
