Hi Emily

I am sorry that the platforms are not yet available for PC's..... this is one area that you Mac folk have us PC folk beat.

However, a good place to always start is with the publisher and their FAQs in this case Real.com check them out.... unfortunately, they do not have a step, by step series.....I guess it is always asumed to be "plug and play" if it is Mac.

An alternative for realy "troublesome" questions is "deja.com" and then post a question....someone, somewhere, in the world the has encountered the problem before you and posted it to the international news files.

By clicking on the Thread Name, you will be sent to the Forum on that thread as if you selected it from the main Mudcat Forum page.

By clicking on the Date (Posted), you will dig out every message posted that day.

Try it all, you will see.
