I'm in the UK. There is no contract it is just 'pay as you go'. The phone is about five years old. It still works perfectly so I will definitely look into replacing the casing. At least now I can go into the shop armed with some jargon. Thanks anyway.

By clicking on the Thread Name, you will be sent to the Forum on that thread as if you selected it from the main Mudcat Forum page.
