Thanks for the info mate. Just I would really like to know if it's in the public domain. Obviuosly I would credit the lyrics to jim, but its gonna be mostly traditional/PD stuff on the album, with my own kinda variations. I really don't know much about copyright, have tried looking at copyright websites but they are all double dutch to me. what is the Fox Agency, BMI ASCAP? Are they recording agencies? I don't want to go through an agency, I wanna do it off my own back as I have never produced a CD befor ein my life.
