Can't tell from the AP story cited above, but it would seem the ban applies only to UNH games, so I think you can still sing it in a lot of other places. Like you could probably go out to any Baltimore neighborhood and sing it as much as you want and I bet you wouldn't get into any trouble with the University of New Hampshire sports department.
