Wow...this has been a long month. Me and my dorymate look like we will take a northerly route to Portsmouth this weekend. Last month we ended up at ISIS restaurant where they serve some pretty neat dishes.....duck, salmon over ??? and grilled cajun Mahi....the closest I could find to fish chowdah was the mahi stew. The fried cheese balls were good too. Anyway we had fun and had a great time again with the Press Room crew. Tom..thanks again for doing The Banks of Newfoundland...it is one of my favorites. Tell ya a secret about the other one on Saturday. Vocalzones were great. They kind of remind me of Black Cow candies. Thanks. Will try to prod a few of our residents to go over the border again. Boy do we need to move into spring. Hot,,,,cold,,,,,snow,,,,hot,,,,,thunderstorm,,,,icy,,,,,,cold,,,,,, hot,,,,,windy ....what a bizarre winter. Mud, dog crap and salt...blah!!!! Adventure is coming along well. New transom complete, bitt posts installed and started to replank the port side. Would like more info on John's house concert. Would be good to see him again. Hope to see you all on Saturday. And in the midst of the cold, dark North Atlantic...the doryman sets another trawl. Could it be the sea who is on the trawl and not the stouthearted fisherman in his tiny boat on the bluegreen swells? Peace. doryman www.schooner-adventure.org
