This is fantastic news - I miight even go back to England on the strength of it! 'Conservative', 'old-fashioned' England has stolen a march on 'young' 'cool' Australia (where I live) and I love it! In Tasmania a ban has come in but other states still allow smoking where food is not served. Smoker's pleasure = waste = smoke Drinker's pleasure = waste = piss Smokers who whine about this should ask themselves how much they would like to be pissed on.
