Hi Heather. Also a sing around at the Abbey inn, Newlay Leeds...not far from Kirkstall on Tuesdays... BUT< why don't you find a sympathetic landlord and set up a venue in East Leeds.Go for Tuesday or Thursday evening, put flyers you have run off on your computer into the Grove ,and Hobgoblin, notices in the free weekly news and 'in what's on' in the YEPOST and let us know on mudcat and I'll pass the word on to singers and musicians....not places in Leeds on those nights? You don't have to go for Guest nights to start off..see what people want.People in Yorkshire like to make music..participate. We travel some distance ourselves for superb participation nights
