Song my mother sang to me as a child and it is very old but I have never known where it came from or just how old it is. My little grandchildren love it just as I did...including my little grandsons. I would very much like to know where it came from and possibly how old it is.

Lyrics:
A little miss doll
And a little rag doll
And a dolly imported from France
Were sitting one day on a shelf of a store
With a doll that could wind up and dance
When all of a sudden a shouting was heard
A scream that rang out through the store
This was the complaint of the Little Miss Doll
That made such an awful uproar.

I've got a pain in my sawdust
That's what's the matter with me
Someone please hurry and get me a fan
Someone else run for the medicine man
Everyone hurry as fast as you can
Cause I've got a pain in my sawdust.

Any help appreciated.
