I'm very much looking forward to the Valley Folk show in Horseheads, NY on April 8th. A number of us have been signed on to do "floor spots" (pre-show numbers, as I understand it), and I'll be singing two or three Vermont versions of ballads from my CD, "As Time Draws Near." Valley Folk organizer, Debra Chesman, once ran a folk club in England, and she's trying to recreate that sound and spirit. Sadly, I'll have to miss the Binghamton show, due to a little gig I've got in Ithaca the afternoon of April 9th. I'd hoped to make both shows. This is such a rare opportunity. I encourage all central NY folks to make it to one or both! Gwilym, I'll be the gal with the long red hair (who's not Debra) at Valley Folk. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
