Hey folks, I'm 58 years old, and was lucky to have started early. I got my first guitar when I was 11, and was lucky to solo on TV when I was 12. I've been playing a while and have owned and repaired just about every major brand of guitar and mandolin, as well as several minor brands. The information offered here on this chat/bulletin board is very good and valuable. This info might have saved me a lot of time and energy; although I must say: it's been fun. Fender makes good electric guitars. Period. Bill
