Purple, the glib answer is that if you're looking for a single word, grá, as its English counterpart, can suffice as a catch-all term for all four of the Greek names. The more in-depth answer is that when you use Irish to describe different gradations of feeling for someone, you get VERY heavily into idiomatic expressions, as opposed to single words.
