Does anyone know the origin of the Tune - Brothers in York?
It was used as early as 1979 by Knots of May from Sussex for a Basque Garland Dance, and has since been used by Kirtlington Morris for the dance called - the Scottish Dance.
There is a version of the tune in one of Dave Townsend's books where it is called - Dribbles of Brandy.
